IUI Treatment
A fertility treatment placing prepared sperm directly into the uterus at the optimal time.
IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) is a relatively simple and low-cost fertility treatment. It involves placing washed and concentrated sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation to increase the chances of fertilisation. It is often recommended for mild male factor infertility, unexplained infertility, or cervical mucus issues.
π Book Consultation- β’ Mild male factor infertility
- β’ Unexplained infertility
- β’ Cervical mucus problems
- β’ Single women or same-sex couples
IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)
Eggs and sperm fertilized in a laboratory; embryos transferred to the uterus for pregnancy.
IVF is the most effective form of assisted reproductive technology. The process involves stimulating the ovaries to produce multiple eggs, retrieving the eggs, fertilising them with sperm in the lab, and then transferring one or more resulting embryos into the uterus. Dr. Amreen achieves a ~90% success rate with personalised IVF protocols.
π Book Consultation- β’ Blocked or damaged fallopian tubes
- β’ Severe male infertility
- β’ Endometriosis
- β’ Failed IUI cycles
- β’ Unexplained infertility
Mini IVF
A gentler IVF variant using lower medication doses β ideal for select patient profiles.
Mini IVF uses minimal ovarian stimulation medication to retrieve fewer, but often higher-quality eggs. It is a gentler alternative for women who are poor responders to standard stimulation, those with low ovarian reserve, or patients who wish to avoid high doses of hormones.
π Book Consultation- β’ Poor ovarian responders
- β’ Low AMH levels
- β’ Older patients
- β’ Patients sensitive to hormones
Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy
Minimally invasive surgery to diagnose and treat endometriosis, fibroids, and blocked tubes.
These minimally invasive surgical procedures allow Dr. Amreen to directly visualise, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting fertility. Laparoscopy examines the abdominal and pelvic organs; hysteroscopy examines the uterine cavity. Both are performed with tiny incisions and short recovery times.
π Book Consultation- β’ Endometriosis
- β’ Uterine fibroids or polyps
- β’ Blocked fallopian tubes
- β’ Recurrent miscarriage
- β’ Abnormal uterine shape
Male Infertility
Semen analysis, ICSI, TESA/PESA and hormonal therapies for male factor infertility.
Male factor infertility accounts for up to 40-50% of all infertility cases. We offer comprehensive evaluation including semen analysis, hormonal testing, and genetic screening. Treatment options include ICSI (injecting a single sperm into an egg), TESA/PESA (surgical sperm retrieval), and hormonal therapies.
π Book Consultation- β’ Low sperm count
- β’ Poor sperm motility
- β’ Abnormal sperm morphology
- β’ Azoospermia (no sperm)
- β’ Hormonal imbalances
Embryo Cryopreservation
Advanced embryo freezing for future use β with excellent long-term viability rates.
Embryo cryopreservation (freezing) allows extra embryos from an IVF cycle to be stored for future use. Our vitrification technique achieves excellent embryo survival rates. Frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles are less physically demanding than full IVF cycles and offer high success rates.
π Book Consultation- β’ Excess embryos after IVF
- β’ Future family planning
- β’ Medical treatments (e.g., chemotherapy)
- β’ Desire to delay childbearing
Low AMH Treatment
Specialised IVF protocols tailored for patients with diminished ovarian reserve.
Anti-MΓΌllerian Hormone (AMH) is a marker of ovarian reserve. Low AMH indicates fewer eggs, but pregnancy is still possible with the right protocol. Dr. Amreen uses customised stimulation protocols, supplements like DHEA and CoQ10, and advanced laboratory techniques to maximise outcomes.
π Book Consultation- β’ Low AMH levels
- β’ Diminished ovarian reserve
- β’ Women over 35
- β’ Poor response to previous IVF
- β’ Premature ovarian insufficiency
Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT)
Screens embryos for chromosomal abnormalities before transfer to boost success rates.
PGT involves biopsying a few cells from an embryo before transfer and testing them for chromosomal abnormalities (PGT-A) or specific genetic disorders (PGT-M). Only chromosomally normal embryos are transferred, significantly improving IVF success rates and reducing miscarriage risk.
π Book Consultation- β’ Advanced maternal age
- β’ Recurrent IVF failure
- β’ Recurrent pregnancy loss
- β’ Carriers of genetic conditions
- β’ Multiple failed cycles
ERA (Endometrial Receptivity Array)
Evaluates uterine lining receptivity to optimise embryo transfer timing.
ERA is a personalised genetic test that analyses the endometrial lining's receptivity β the window during which the uterus is most ready to accept an embryo. For patients with repeated implantation failure, ERA helps identify the optimal transfer time, often leading to successful pregnancy where previous attempts failed.
π Book Consultation- β’ Repeated implantation failure
- β’ Multiple failed IVF cycles
- β’ Normal embryos but no pregnancy
- β’ Suspected thin endometrium
Donor Gametes
Donor egg & sperm services for patients who require third-party reproduction.
For patients who cannot use their own eggs or sperm, donor gametes offer a path to parenthood. We work with carefully screened, anonymous donors and maintain full compliance with ICMR guidelines. Success rates with donor eggs are typically very high (75-85%), as donors are young and healthy.
π Book Consultation- β’ Premature ovarian failure
- β’ Poor egg quality
- β’ Severe male infertility
- β’ Genetic conditions
- β’ Same-sex couples
